We all live in an over-stimulated world. A world where our minds are constantly busy, planning, problem solving, hypothesising, imagining, analysing and reacting. We are not always aware of our body signals, that tell us to slow down, change directing or warm for potential danger.

A world where our minds are in ‘doing’ mode. We are spending time on activities where we should be investing our sacred time in more mindful actions that lead to personal growth and inner peace.

It's possible to change this habit. From doing into being and attract what we need magnetically. For this to happen, we need to be able to stop, or pause. We need to have access to a safe space within ourselves where we can learn how to set healthy boundaries and make the right choices that support our transformations, mental wellbeing and health. If our mind is optimal balanced, we can make healthy choices for the earth as well.
